　　各有关实验室：

　　为促使实验室有效做好内部审核工作，切实提高实验室管理水平，受湖南省质量技术监督局委托，定于12月在长沙市举办一期实验室资质认定内审员培训班，对培训考核合格者颁发实验室资质认定内审员证。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　一、  参加人员

　　从事或拟从事实验室内审工作的人员（按照《实验室资质认定评审准则》的要求，每个实验室至少应有2名内审员。）

　　二、  时间

　　2013年12月11至13日，11日下午报到。

　　三、  费用

　　每人收取培训、资料费500元。培训期间统一安排食宿，费用自理（150元/人）。

　　四、地点

　　景天大酒店（长沙市荷花路416号，线路图见附件1）

　　1、参加培训人员需备一寸免冠证件照一张，在培训期间交会务组。
